I am a self-taught painter born in France in 1976.
I live in one of the most beautiful countries in the world: Australia.

I started painting a few years ago after seeing a piece from an in a small art gallery in London, where I lived for 3 years. The striking combination of turquoise again a dark background was like flicking a switch. I decided to go to the art shop, bought a few tubes of paint and a paintbrush and started creating my own art!

I was craving bright colours I could only find in paint. It seems that I was not the only one in this situation as the response to my work has been much more than I could have anticipated: so far, I have sold around 300 paintings since 2002 and receive many commissions from Australian buyers and from overseas.
Sizes vary from small to huge... such as a 1.5x3 metre long piece called Opulence, commissioned by a Californian customer.

I have also been working as a professional graphic and web designer since 1999. Graphic design has taught me to look at the world and its details in a new light and it inspires me to create strong graphical patterns from shapes and colours I mentally photography when looking around me.

One thing that cannot be denied is that my style is quite unique and I certainly hope you enjoy it!
